We bought a Morsø closed combustion stove from you some time back, and have been so impressed with the way that it works that we felt that we should write to you and tell you about our experience. All of the claims made in the advertising material are exceeded by the product - a small wattle fire that would normally burn for about twenty minutes in a conventional fireplace lasts for an hour or more in this one and warms the whole house! No "the morning after last night's fire" smell, no worrying about going to sleep with an open fire burning, easy to manage and compact - this fireplace-is an all-round pleasure.

We are looking forward to a cosy winter with the added warmth of the knowledge that we are taking as little as possible from our threatened world. We live in a rural setting where people are conscious of environmental values and ethics, and we truty feel that more people in our area should be made aware of the huge savings to be made in terms of both
natural resources and cash that can be made by burning alien wood using this revolutionary high quality fireplace. Well done to Metelerkamp's for sourcing and stocking an excellent product.

What an absolute breath of fresh air, I am referring to the service received from Chris, Hannes, Shawn and the installation team.

Chris arrived promptly for the arranged appointment, immediately assessed the situation and advised us accordingly. We were sold from that point. We arrange for a demo at the showroom and gave Chris the go ahead.

We were advised of an installation date (this was absolutely amazing) the team arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time, and within an hour they were done! No mess

We are really pleasantly surprised and wish you and the entire team all the best for the future.

Your after service has been fantastic and the fact that you have been continually persistent in checking that the installations are working is the high standard that Morsø is renowned for.  I certainly wish I had met you before installing the gas fireplaces in the one house.  I do not think I will ever install anything but Morsø. Cannot thank you enough for having a great product but more importantly, for being what you are - a pleasure to work with.

PS.  The installation gents were also fantastic and extremely obliging, neat and tidy - very unusual in today's time.

Under the direction of Mark Samassa, they conducted the most efficient and professional installation of a Morsø 5060 at our house in Stanford, Western Cape. 

Their response to our requests, visit to our house (2 hours from Cape Town) at short notice, and their totally professional installation was excellent in all respects.  Mark was helpful beyond expectation. 

Please convey our thanks to them and to you for maintaining such high standards.  This was the same with the Morsø we installed at our house in Northcliff in 2007.

We are in the midst of the coldest winter here, can't remember one so cold, but we must be the cosiest home in the whole of Zimbabwe! Our 1710 was the perfect choice, ( thanks Hannes for guiding us to that one) and we actually are not looking foward to summer arriving!

Regards to you all, and Corrie and Jean. We will call in in November when down for Anthony to see Specialist. The Jubilee Stove has been much admired, thanks for that too.
